This policy explains what information may be collected when you contact Sharday Monroe, join the email community or otherwise use this website, and how that information is used.

Information you provide

When you join the email community, you provide your email address. When you submit an inquiry, you may also provide your name, area of interest, requested support, desired outcome, timing, budget and details about your goal. When you share an experience, you may provide a written testimonial, a specific result, your preferred public display name and optional photos, before-and-after images, video or a private video link.

How information is used

Your email address may be used to send the welcome sequence, newsletters, wellness and visibility guidance, business-growth strategies, behind-the-scenes updates and occasional information about Sharday Monroe’s services. Inquiry information is used to respond to you, recommend an appropriate service, prepare a proposal, coordinate a session or discuss a potential partnership. Testimonial submissions are used to verify, review and—only with the permissions selected—publish or reuse approved social proof. Personal information is not sold or rented.

Testimonial review, storage and media

Testimonial records are stored in the website’s private database. Optional uploaded photos and videos are stored separately from the public website. Submissions are pending by default and are not published automatically. Email addresses, private notes and unapproved media are not displayed publicly. Written permission and media permission are recorded separately, and public display follows the name choice selected by the person submitting the experience.

Email, inquiry delivery and spam protection

Email subscriptions and newsletter delivery are managed through Kit. Website inquiries are transmitted to Sharday through FormSubmit, which may temporarily retain submission information to provide and protect its delivery service. The signup form also uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse; Google may process device, browser and interaction information under its Privacy Policy. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Optional website analytics

When analytics is enabled, this website asks for your permission before loading Google Analytics. If you allow it, aggregated information such as page visits, service-link clicks and successful inquiry events may be measured to improve the website. Inquiry answers are not sent to analytics. You may decline without affecting the website or its forms.

Square and other websites

Paid wellness-session checkout is handled by Square. Square and any other third-party website you visit through a link on this site operate under their own privacy policies and security practices.

Wellness information

Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses or other sensitive health information through the general inquiry form. Wellness strategy is educational and does not replace medical care.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. You may also request access, correction, removal from public use or deletion of personal information and testimonial media by emailing Contact@shardaymonroe.com.
